Arutelu:Keskkonnamõjude hindamine

Vabast entsüklopeediast Vikipeedia.

When Computers Are Billions Of Times More Intelligent Than Humans...is a provocative title, and when that happens, I think it will be the computers deciding what the aim of education should be. Imagine a scenario where all the world's greatest thinkers have assembled, and we can collectively ask them to answer our most important questions. What would they tell us? How would they proceed? Education will be focused on using and controlling the technology. Rote memorization will no longer be necessary, answers to questions churned out via aural translating computers contained in our earsjust like The Babel Fish in The Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy. Great! Weighty thinking will no longer be needed, humans can focus on having fun and playing games. "What a beautiful world it will be!" Donald Fagen sang in 1982: "A just machine to make big decisions Programmed by fellows with compassion and vision
We'll be clean when their work is done
We'll be eternally free yes and eternally young...", http://propbetsforsuperbowllkrc.info super bowl prop picks, %-PPP, http://superbowl2012oddsvegasblk.info super bowl 2012 brasil, 6388,
